Work Plan:
PASEC project is divided into 5 WPs each with appointed WP leader: WP1 – UNIZG, WP2 – UNS, WP3 – KSU, WP4 – IPB, and WP5 led by KUL. Each partner has at least two leading roles, which means that responsibilities are well balanced across all partners. WPs are logically organized, each covering specific set of activities which are interconnected with others and contributing to project success. PASEC Pert chart diagram is presented in the figure right. The WP titles clearly indicate the role of each WP. Role, activities and deliverables for each Tasks are described in tables below. Covering several activities, each WP is divided into 3 or 4 tasks. Work in tasks is intentionally organized in a way that multiple partners take responsibility for specific task mixing program and partner countries and applying different partner combinations to work together, fostering networking among them. While WP1 and WP4 are implemented throughout the project period, WP2, WP3 and WP5 build on each other using the results of the previous one to implement their activities.
