To welcome the new academic year, the Doctoral Program in Natural Resources and Environmental Management (S3 PSL), IPB University, introduced the PASEC Project to its lecturers and new students during two activities held on 1 and 22 August 2026.
The PASEC Project (Precise Agriculture and Sustainable Environment Curriculum Modernization Supporting Climate Changes and a Resilient Society) focuses on modernizing curricula in precision agriculture and environmental sustainability, supporting the development of future-ready skills in line with Indonesia’s Vision 2045.
As part of the initial implementation, the IPB PASEC team has identified case study locations and explored the integration of supporting technologies and instruments into relevant courses to enhance the learning process.
Through PASEC, lecturers and students will have opportunities to connect with research and international networks, while gaining access to knowledge and modern technologies. The project is expected to contribute to improving the quality and competitiveness of IPB’s doctoral graduates and strengthening the program’s commitment to sustainable innovation and education.
