On 30 March 2026, the 3rd PASEC Project Management Board (PMB) meeting was held. Although this was a regular meeting focused on reviewing completed and upcoming project activities, particular attention was given to the finalisation of key documents, including the D1.1 Project Management Plan, D4.1 Communication Plan and D5.1 Quality Plan. In addition, discussions covered the preparation of the first training for teachers, which will take place in Novi Sad and Belgrade (June 28 – July 3, 2026), as well as the upcoming launch of the project questionnaire. The meeting concluded with agreed next steps, clear allocation of responsibilities among partners, and defined timelines to ensure the timely implementation of planned project activities.
